Research Thematic Funds

With more than 9,000 employees and 23,000 students, KIT is the largest research institution in Germany. The scientists at KIT make a substantial contribution to top national and international research. New findings and technologies are the prerequisite for mastering the great challenges of our time - for a future worth living for future generations and an intact environment.

With its Research thematic fund, the KIT Foundation supports research activities at KIT and promotes, for example, research projects, laboratory equipment, or young scientists with creative ideas.
